Can you really show me properties listed by other agents?

Yes. On the Costa del Sol, agents work together through a shared network (MLS). This gives us access to thousands of listings from Nerja to Sotogrande – so you only need one point of contact.

Is my enquiry binding?

I only want to buy in 6–12 months. Is it worth getting in touch now?

What extra costs come with buying?

As a rule of thumb, budget around 10–12% of the purchase price for taxes, notary, land registry and lawyer. For resale properties in Andalusia, for example, the transfer tax (ITP) is 7%. We explain all costs transparently up front.

Do I need an NIE number?

Yes, every buyer in Spain needs an NIE (foreigner identification number). We show you how to apply for it and can put you in touch with an independent lawyer.
